Holotype: GIF 07040316 90.0mm SL. Paratypes: GIF 07040314, GIF 07040319, GTEU 07040308, GTEU 07040311 four specimens 48.9mm - 124.2mm SL.


Known only from the type locality: A karst cave in Leyi Village, Chuanshan Town, Nandan County, Guangxi Zhuang Region, China (25o06'2.6"N, 108o00'01"E).
